Just like Mamma's

My mother was a wonderful cook! She made the best roux's! As one of her four daughters, for years I tried to duplicate but, there was always something missing and my gumbo wasn't quite as good as hers although; I did receive many compliments. But, after trying Cajun Power, I will never go back to stirring my own roux over the stove. Cajun Power gumbo taste just like my mother used to make! I don't know how they do it but, everyone raves over my gumbo now. And not just the gumbo either. My sin thinks he makes the best chili but, he even complimented me on the chili which I added a can of Trappy's red beans to the pot. And the Spaghetti sauce is the one and only sauce our family now uses!
To top it off, the company is family owned and has incredible and personal customer service! My niece was ecstatic when she received her gift of the Cajun Classic Pack.
