Ok... Here are our two new salsas and they're about to leave behind a legacy. Sweet & kickin' and packed with fresh ripe fruit, bold tomatoes, peppers, onions, spices and two of our best known sauces... Cajun Power Lightning Strike Hot Sauce and Uncle Easy's Chipotle Sauce. They're great as a traditional salsa eaten with chips, or you can use them as a glaze to top fish, chicken, and meats. Ooh ... did we mention that they're great on eggs!

"Da Bomb!"

This salsa is, hands down, the best salsa that I have ever tasted. It checks off all the boxes (as far as I'm concerned). A little sweet, a little spicy, a little fruity with the perfect amount of heat. This salsa has it all and it definitely doesn't taste like that mess you get at the grocery store. As my son, who is also addicted to this salsa, says, "this stuff is the bomb!"

This is my story with Cajun power. I lived in Louisiana for 33 years. I met this older couple one day when they came to the store i worked for, he shopped with me for his wife . They were nice couple very pleased with my service, they left and 15 minutes later the man came back to me bringing a box with few jars of Cajun power products and he said it is a small gift for my good service he introduced him self as the owner of the company gave his card & he run the business with his family, at the time he said he was training his grandson to take over!! Any way I left B. R. 5 years ago after the flood and lost my house and everything etc… I just went back last month to visit my friends, so I tried the Cajun power products Salsa at her house. I loved it. So i decided to order it on line. I am never disappointed with the quality. I just wish i can Thank him personally!!
