We have bought every Cajun seasoning we've been able to find over the past 7 years and have been underwhelmed (we live in MN).

we cooked a lot of spicy meals, from gumbo, pork chops, chicken & mahi tuna. spiced with this , maybe your favorite BBQ sauce & ooo-wee- gonna shuck oysters uptown by me MAmas!
